How to fix Your Area in Tekken 8's Matchmaking
5A short video where I try to explain how you can change the circumstance of Tekken 8 thinking you are playing in another area than where actually live.
The parameters added at 2:50 are as follows:
HOST_LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8 %command%
This will change the locales seen by the game to match your preferred settings.
Changing this to fr_FR for instance would make the game think I am from France.
Please note this fix is for Linux and thus SteamOS and the SteamDeck.
I have if this too works under Windows as I haven't played the game there yet.
