0Here are the steps to force stop, clear cache, and clear data on apps on your Fire TV Cube:
From the Fire TV Cube home screen, navigate to Settings.
Select Applications.
Select Manage Installed Applications.
Select the app you want to force stop, clear cache, or clear data for.
Select Force Stop to stop the app from running.
Select Clear Cache to remove temporary files that may be causing issues with the app.
Select Clear Data to remove all data associated with the app, including login information and settings.
If you’re experiencing intermittent playback issues, clearing app data may help resolve them. Keep in mind that you’ll need to sign into the app again after clearing its data.
