Insert USB Flash Drive

Open "This PC"/ "My computer"

Right click the USB flash drive or pen drive
and select "Format" option.

Select File System
FAT32 is near-universal
NTFS supports files larger than 4GB in size.

Rename "Volume Label" if you need.

Click Start then OK
Wait till the format is finished and click OK.
