To Take Screenshot in Windows OS follow one of this easy methods.
Print Screen
To capture your entire screen, tap the PrtScn button. The print screen button may be labeled as “PrtScn”, “PrntScrn”, “Print Scr” or something similar. On laptop keyboards, you may have to press the “Function” or “Fn” key to access the Print Screen feature. Your screenshot will not be saved, but it will be copied to the clipboard - you'll need to open an image editing tool (Paint, Photoshop, CorelDraw), paste the screenshot in the editor and save the file from there.
Alt + Print Screen
How to Take Screenshot in WindowsTo take a quick screenshot of the active window, use the keyboard shortcut Alt + PrtScn. This will snap your currently active window and copy the screenshot to the clipboard. You will need to open the shot in an image editor to save it.
Windows Key + Print Screen
To capture your entire screen and automatically save the screenshot, tap the Windows Key + PrtScn. Your screen will briefly go dim to indicate that you've just taken a screenshot, and the screenshot will be automatically saved in the Pictures - Screenshots folder.
Windows + Shift + S
To Take a Screenshot of Part of Your Screen press “Windows + Shift + S”. Your screen will appear grayed out and your mouse cursor will change. Click and drag on your screen to select the part of your screen you want to capture. A screenshot of the screen region you selected will be copied to your clipboard. You can paste it in any application by selecting Edit - Paste or pressing Ctrl + V.
Also you can use Windows' built-in Snipping Tool. You can find this tool in Start - All Programs - Windows Accessories - Snipping Tool.
