This video shows how to perform a clean install of Windows 10 AFTER you have upgraded from Windows 7 or windows 8

IMPORTANT: You MUST do a successful upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 or 8 and make sure your upgraded copy of Windows 10 is ACTIVATED. After that you can format your laptop/Desktop and when you install windows 10 again it will activate itself automatically when you connect to the internet.
