How to format USB/SD Which is not formating fix | USB Drive Format | How to reset USB

Steps
1 Open CMD (with admin rights)
2 type diskpart
3 type list disk
4 type clean (this will clean USB/Micro SD card MBR)
5 type create partition active
6 type format fs=ntfs / fat32 (what ever u want)
7 finally type exit
8 open usb and enjoy...
