Hello everyone. Today I'll show you how to fry the perfect thin pork chop. You want to make sure they're dry and if they're not you can pat them with a paper towel. This is a very simple recipe, so relax and enjoy!

-Season both sides
-Heat a skillet on medium high heat. Add enough cooking oil (I use Wesson) to coat the bottom of the skillet
-Add flour and pork chop to a bag, then shake them enough to coat
-Add pork chop and onion to oil then flip after 2 to 3 minutes
-Continue cooking/ flipping until golden brown on both sides, and and the juices run clear
-An internal temperature reading of 145 degrees is your target
You want to stay with the pan to keep an eye on everything
