Red Cabbage Recipe:
1. Chop and wash desired amount of cabbage
2.Heat a skillet over medium high heat
3. Spray with non-stick cooking spray
4. Add oil and onion, then saute 1 minute
5. Add stock of your choice and cooking wine (optional)
6. Add cabbage then season with salt and pepper
7. Reduce heat then cover, stirring occasionally
8. Allow cabbage to cook (about 10 minutes) until ready to serve
9. Enjoy!
