not so quick guide on how to run stable diffusion/ waifu diffusion on your own computer with a NVIDIA GPU so you can create whatever anime images you want with AI
it'll run locally on your computer and would not be connected to the internet once set up (feds can't see what youre generating)

Requirements:
16gb RAM
NVIDIA maxwell architecture or newer GPU (literally any NVIDIA GPU after 2015)
2gb GPU VRAM (more is nicer tho)
