Basically, get to Dawnstar, get the Dawnstar hidden chest for the items and gems. Start DE'ing the items and then enchant the left overs. Sell the enchanted items to vendors, then go to the court wizard. Buy all the gems you can, quick save, kill the wizard, reload and keep buying gems till you are out of cash. Repeat this process until 100 enchanting.
