This is how you do it guys. Go to Dawnstar and raid the chest to give yourself some start up capital. Then go to your favorite alchemy store (mine is arcadia's cauldron in Whiterun). Sell whatever you can, then start buying ingredients. If you are low enough you can buy the skill but meh...you'll get it fast. Quick save, kill her, quick reload and keep buying ingredients. It's going to take about 2.5 hours'ish but you'll get there. GAMBATTE!!
