The best place to do this at is the Fountainhead palace. You will start at the second prayer idol where you fight the true monk. From there you work you way down fighting through 45 enemies, don't worry follow the guide the way I have and it will help you go through it easier.
N.B Make sure that you have your shuriken prosthetic tool equipped to take out lighting dogs with one throw.
You will make your way to the third idol then you rest and in this area its a little tricky but you need to move fast and don't get caught by the flute singing fish guys. There are two enemies that you can take control of to make the fight easier where it will distract enemies and then take them out one by one and then finally you make it to your last ideal obtaining 49 000 points.
I have personally grinded this level so many times and it has helped a lot getting my skills list completed.
