If you want a Dragonscale Cape, you need to buy Icebrood Saga Expansion. After that, to be more effective and efficient in the process, you have to buy this material first so you don't have to go back and forth to the trading post or vendor. those materials are:

✅ 1,000 Shard of Crystallized Blood of Jormag
✅ 400 Glob of Ectoplasm
✅ 500 Lump of Glass
✅ 10 Prismatium Ingot
✅ 250 Pile of Lucent Crystal
✅ 5 Amalgamated Draconic Lodestone
✅ 5 Stormcaller Core

These materials will cost you around 215 gold.

If you've already done the things we mentioned earlier, then we can move on to the next process.

We will divide this process into 3 phases.

▶ 𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗘
In this phase, you can craft, gather, or farm it. There is 4 item you need to get:

✅ 20 Tonic of Icebrood Corruption
You can Craft this item at the Mystic Forge.
✅ 1,000 Eitrite Ingot
You can craft it, or gather it from Bjora March chests and strike missions.
✅ 1,000 Hatched Chilli Pepper
You can gather it at Grothmar Valley or Complete the strike mission: Shiverpeaks Pass
✅ 15,000 War Supply
You need to Farm it by doing Drizzlewood events. It's quite easy.
If you already have all of that, then we can move on to the next phase.

✅ Vial of Unfreezing Leather Oil
Bring 1,000 Hatched Cilli Pepper and 20 Tonic of Icebrood Corruption to Karnn Fallenskull, then buy a Vial of Unfreezing Leather Oil.

✅ Eitrite Chain Links
It can be bought from Anette Eymundrdottir for 1,000 Eitrite Ingot and 15,000 War Supplies.

✅ Prismaticite Clasp
You need to Purchase it from Quartermasters in Drizzlewood Coast for 10 Prismatium Ingot and 250 Pile of Lucent Crystal.

✅ Draconic Aether Cleanser
You need to Purchase it from Crystallographer Smoxxi for 5 Amalgamated Draconic Lodestone and 5 Stormcaller Core.

After completing all the phases before, you will receive Ascended Backpack Dragonscale Cape as your reward. Remember, that you can customize the stats only once.
