In this video, I’m going to show you how to get a homeless person to kill Grelod the Kind in Skyrim. To pull this off you’ll need a Fear Spell or Scroll plus a little bit of luck and patience.

BECOME A CHANNEL MEMBER


Once you’ve got your spell and talked to Aventus Aretino, head over to the Honorhall Orphanage and cast Fear on Grelod. The goal here is to get her to flee the building and run outside. This is where a little bit of patience is required. I recommend saving right before you cast the spell, since sometimes she just runs around in circles.

But once she flees the building then Edda the beggar will appear and slay Grelod. Apparently, Edda is marked as hostile to Grelod, so if the two of them are ever in the same space then Edda will attack and kill Grelod.
