How to get a quick start in 30 seconds - F1 2021
9A step by step process to making the most of your launch in F12021. Written guide below:
1. Engage clutch and reach optimal RPM of around 110000
2. Release clutch and keep revs constant when lights go out
3. Slowly apply throttle and upshift to avoid wheelspin
4. Apply overtake at full throttle
5. Be mindful of other players before the chaos of Turn 1
Additional tips
Lift off throttle if rears start to spin
Reduce diff setting in MFD if struggling with wheelspin
Get in the slipstream of the cars ahead for extra speed
Starts are quicker with no traction control
If the track is wet, do all of the steps much slower
These starts require practice, don't give up.
