The way to open the mystery door in the Temple of the Gales, requires you to have completed the Temple of the Flames. Then you can look around the Temple of the Gales and find the symbols near the coloured larger eggs that you couldn't collect and use those symbols to unlock the Mystery Chest which will give you a Starred Ancient Cloudminnow.
