Both computer and DS must be connected to the same network.
Keep this website open on your computer while you're doing this:

Also, make sure you have a FULL party.

Steps:
1. Start up your Pokemon Black/White game
2. On the screen with your save file, scroll down and select "Nintendo WFC Settings"
3. Select "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings"
4. Select the connection that you're using
5. Scroll down to where it says "Auto-obtain DNS", tap "No", and then tap "Edit" beside "Primary DNS"
6. Enter the DNS: 204.45.29.54 then press "OK" (If Webpage showes Other than use that DNS)
7. Tap "Save Settings"
8. Hit the 'B' button twice and it should bring you back to the opening screen
9. Now, select "Continue" to go into your save file
10. Go into a Pokemon Center and talk to the GTS lady
11. With the GTS lady Select "Global Trade"
12. Then "GTS"
13. Then "Trade"
14. "Yes" When asked to save
15. "Yes" When asked to Connect to Nintendo WFC
16. Then just wait until the cut scene is over and exit GTS Room.
The Pokemon you just got should be in your Box on the Computer. Enjoy

Notes

If you want more of either pokemon just refresh website page and go back into the GTS. You can do this as many times as you like.
