Head to the website: https://tc-mods.github.io/TromboneDB
Find and download the song you want.
Connect your Meta Quest headset to your PC & press "allow" in headset.
Go to Storage, Android, Data.
Locate the Trombone Champ folder.
Open the Custom Tracks folder.
Unzip the downloaded file.
Drag the song from your downloads and drop it into the Custom Tracks folder.
