Shrouded Cypher Cache spawn in random locations around all Zereth Mortis.
To see this treasure you have to equip an item with passive spell to discover additional hidden caches. For example: Broker's Enigmatic Cowl.
The passive don't have a name just a description: "Enhances Pocopoc's perception, allowing it to discover additional hidden caches".
You can get the item with this passive spell from rares, treasures and quests.
After that you have to encourage Pocopoc by selecting the option "Encourage Pocopoc to look out for noteworthy objects" to activate Perceptive Pocopoc / Perceptive Pocopoc.
Perceptive Pocopoc is not exclusive for Shrouded Cypher Cache, this mark can appear in your minimap for other curiosities in Zereth Mortis, like mobs to control and Caches of Creation puzzles.
