To do the glitch (You MUST be on easy):

Stand where I am standing in the video, at the angle I am standing. Do an ollie. On your way up, press and hold R2. A little bit after the peak of your jump, press and hold O (brake), then immediately L2. If you do it with the right timing, you'll either disappear and immediately reappear on your board (with a collision noise), or you'll bail and your board will shoot into the air at tremendous speed. That, or the glitch will be performed successfully, and you'll rocket into the air. You have to bail (both sticks plus both shoulder buttons) before you get too high or you'll reset. Try to land on the top of the curved part of the roof. If you land on the flat slanted part, do push offs until you land on the top of the curved part.

This trick does NOT work on multiplayer. If you're in multiplayer, you'll just fall straight through the ground when you try it.

When trying to get the timing right, what happens when you do this trick is you go into the superdude with the board above you, and then when you hit the ground your torso collides with the ground (your legs go through) and your board comes down through your head and your body (often getting stuck in your body). Try to time it so your board goes down all the way to the ground.

If you just go through the ground to where you're hanging from your hands, try doing it a bit closer to the building.

If you can't even do the superdude, try to grab your board (R2) earlier and make sure you don't press O until you've fully grabbed the board with your right hand.

Even if you do this all right, it may take several dozen tries to get it to happen. Good luck!

Remember that this glitch does NOT work everywhere; it only works on slanted ground, and that slanted ground has to have ground "underneath" it. If you're going to practice the glitch, make sure that you use the area in the aforementioned link.
