If you are still stuck with Windows Phone update 7392 and looking for mango, keep trying disconnecting from internet when you clock on update to zune. This is the only way possible as of now.

Now there is another version prior to Mango update and that is 7403 which is small update where as Mango is 7720.

Once update is complete if you see Orange Windows Phone Logo, then its the mango update.
