Xbox console by default doesnt not secure any Xbox gamertag, However if an xbox profile is connected to a live account, you can password protect it using the Pass Code method availble under Account management.

This makes sure when the first time the profile is opened to sign in, it asks for the passcode.

An offline profile doesnt have this option and is vernurable to account deletion and access to anybody.
