I know this is a pretty touchy subject, but let us be real with this. Non-Fungible Tokens (or NFTs as they are commonly called) have been an on-going problem for awhile. Although this video is meant to poke fun at NFTs, the real issue is that the richest snobs think that they can buy a jpeg image with cryptocurrency and say "I own it, therefore this is my avatar."
It is not just that, but there is a really big lose-lose thing when NFTs can be anything, including other peoples' artwork. And these things require an enormous amount of energy that could really leave a negative impact to the environment. Something like that is unacceptable and is a cause of concern. NFTs needs to be stopped immediately before it is too late.
Also, can we be honest that certain collection sets such as Bored Apes and Lazy Lions are the ugliest things we ever come across? The saddest part that the artists used to make their original art and they were beautiful. Now they have been succumbed to crypto-greed. I shun at the artists who create NFT art for not only trying to get the quick crypto-buck, but to even damage the environment.
...No, for real. The crypto art looks disgusting...
Please do us a solid and do not support NFTs and save the environment. And for god's sake, enough with the monkey business, okay?!
