In this video I show you How to get RIOLU & LUCARIO in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl! Riolu is given you by Riley after beating team galactic grunts on Iron Island. You can get to Iron island from Canalave city by talking to a sailor. In order to evolve your Riolu into Lucario, you need to raise it's friendship! Friendship can be raised by feeding your Riolu berries and walking with your Riolu. My Riolu was level 20 when it finally evolved to Lucario! Lucario is one of the best pokemon in this game
