***************UPDATE - PLEASE READ***************
THIS REPLACES PART 4 STEPS 2, 3, AND 6 (4:58 - 5:48)
If you have a .cxi file instead of a folder with the exefs.bin and a romfs.bin, that means that you are using a new version of braindump that dumps to a .cxi file.
Instead of running extract.bat, move the .cxi file off of your sd card into the ExtractRepack folder, and open a command prompt there*.
In the command prompt, paste this in:f
ctrtool -p --exefs=exefs.bin --romfs=romfs.bin
At the end of the line type the *full* name of your .cxi file, and then you should get a romfsdir and an exefsdir, and be able to follow the rest of the tutorial.
*you can do this by holding shift and right clicking!

Here's a BASIC written guide of the tutorial:
1) GET HOMEBREW
1 - Download the Homebrew starter pack from http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/sta...
2 - Extract it to the root of your SD Card
3 - Find out what firmware you have on your 3DS
4 - Get a QR code based off your firmware at http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/
5 - Load up Cubic Ninja, go to create, then QR Code, then you will need to scan it for the first time
2) ADD BRAINDUMP HOMEBREW
1 - Download braindump.7z https://github.com/neobrain/braindump...
2 - Extract braindump folder into 3ds folder of the sd card (3ds fodler - all homebrew)
3) DUMPING THE ROM *** THIS WILL TAKE A LONG TIME *** GET A CHARGER
1 - Get back to the homebrew launcher
2 - Put in the cartiradge that you want to dump (in this case, OR or AS)
3 - Run braindump
4) RETRIEVE THE GAME'S FILES
1 - Put your SD card back in your PC
2 - Find a folder with a lot of numbers (16 to be exact) - this is the ID of thegame
3 - In that folder there will be two files, move both of them to your desktop ** DO NOT DELETE THIS **
4 - Download the ExtractRepack zip and extract it to your desktop

5 - Move the two files into the extract repack folder
6 - Run Extract.bat
5) PATCHING THE GAME
1 - Download the files from Drayano, and pk3ds

2 - Extract both to the desktop
3 - in the GARC Files folder, drag the 'a' folder into the romfsdir folder inside the extract repack folder
4 - Go back to ExtractRepack, then to exefsdir, delete code.bin, and drag the
two files in OR ExeFs or AS ExeFs into the folder depending on your game
5 - Open pk3ds, file - open - ExtractRepack
6 - Say yes to the next box
7 - Tools - Rebuild - RomFS
8 - Save as anything.bin, but different than romfs.bin - this may take a few minutes
6) REBUILDING THE GAME
0 - Download Python 2.7 https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7...
1 - Go to your SD card and get the folder where you originally found romfs.bin and exefs.bin (16 digits)
2 - Copy the last 8 digits of the folder name
3 - Run rebuild.bat inside ExtractRepack
4 - On your SD card, go to HANS
5 - Go to ExtractRepack and then exefsdir
6 - Move .code.bin to hans, and rename it titleid ( what you pasted).code
7 - Go to ExtractRepack, and move the .romfs file to hans
8 - put the SD card back in your 3DS :o
7) PLAYING THE GAME
1 - Load up homebrew, and load hans with OR/AS
2 - Set the region to ----, and then code, romfs, and save configuration, to yes
