Using the arbitrary code execution to get the 8F glitch item, we are able to manipulate the ID/OT and DV's of our Mew so that it can be transferable and shiny as well! Only the GF 22796 Mew can be sent to Gen 7, as the Poke Transporter only checks for this, which means you could change your OT/ID to exactly that and it will work as well. This will work in Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue, I am not sure how Yellow works.

You should be used to cloning with Missingno. by now, just remember it gives you an extra +128 to your 6th slot item.
[STEP 3: Obtain all your items for bootstrapping]
I used the first link I already owned them, just needed to clone them. I cloned the items needed to change the DV's of Mew in the PC Box first, that way it will save me time later.
Items to change OT/ID: Set up your bag as follows:

[STEP 4: Obtain your Pokemon, plus a Pidgey with 233 CURRENT HP]

You can do this step before of after you collected your items. Current HP means it doesn't need to be fully healed, it can have 233/236 HP for example. If you don't have access to Arbok in Blue, use the video above as reference but instead have Ditto transform into someone with a Special of 45, and Kangaskhan a Special of 2 or 258. You need Mew, Pidgey, Parasect, Onix, Tentacool, Arbok (if using Kangaskhan from Example 2, Mew should be deposited into a 1st slot PC Box before you execute anything).
[STEP 5: Execute the codes]
Once you have obtained all the items needed in proper order and the Pokemon are in your Party, start executing. Start with the OT/ID change, after using 8F, Mew will have changed from your info to GF/22796. Next deposit the Mew in the 1st slot of a PC Box, placing in an empty one saves time. After you have done that, now you have your 5 Pokemon in your Party still (here you replace Arbok if you used it with Kangaskhan), get the next combination of items that will change the DV's of the Mew. You have to use 8F twice here, both methods only have you toss out x1 X Accuracy.
[STEP 6: Send to Gen 7!]
If you see the stats changed you are ready to transfer! Enjoy! You can reuse the Shiny Method as many times as you want, just get x178 X Accuracy again, use it, toss 1, use it again, your Pokemon will now be shiny when you transport it.
PS: I do not claim this a LEGIT shiny mew, some may consider is semi-legal, it isn't. I don't want to start an argument here, the only legit shiny Mew's come from a Japanese Emerald cartridge (and Pokemon GO, anyone who claims their English language Emerald Mew is legit are delusional. Also not all Pokemon can be LEGALLY shiny in Gen 1. . Mew distributed to the Virtual Console Generation I games have IVs of 15 in every stat, so can NEVER be Shiny.
