Buy the Hungry Hood from Wizard Rinsit in the Wizards' Tower.
Feed it non-degraded pouches (small to massive) to make a Hungry Dimensional Pouch.
Use Runecrafting talismans to turn it into a Sated Dimensional Pouch
Make a Shielded Pouch Exterior at any altar using:
Sign of Runic Protection (2,500 incandescent energy)
Royal dragon leather, 2 dinosaur leathers, 10 felts
Craft 10,000 runes to get Ilme's Thread (no abyss)
Combine Ilme's Thread with 100 Magical Threads to make an Expansive Pouch Cord.
Combine all components at any altar to create a Sealed Expansive Pouch.
Solve a RuneSudoku puzzle to unseal it and get the Bottomless Expansive Pouch.
