The wingsuit, or Glide Shirt, is a new addition to Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, allowing you far greater control over your movement while you’re in the air than just your glider alone.

It can be a little bit difficult to find though if you don't know where to look, and requires you to complete an ancient challenge to don the suit and truly rule the skies over Hyrule.
