The Warden mob was meant to be included in the New Caves and Cliffs Part 2, 1.18 update as was the 1.17 update before it. So if you want to get the warden in education, bedrock or pocket edition there is only one way at the moment and that is to download and install this mod made by @JujuStyle7

The Warden will spawn in the deep dark biome. Vibration (in this add-on) can be cause by walking/running without sneaking. Vibration can also be cause by flying projectiles.
