Instructions but in the description:

Step 1: download the following apps used in this video (labled ontop)

Step 2: open Microsoft edge and find the skin pack you want to download on mcpedl or on other websites


Step 3: download the .mcpack or zip pack

Step 4: open mc addons manager if you downloaded the .mcpack version

Step 5: click import

Step 6: click on the skin pack you downloaded

Step 7: you now have the skin pack

If your skin pack does not appear:

Step 1: sign in a random or diffrent account

Step 2: sign out of the account you are using to download the skin pack

Step 3: sign back in

The skins should appear.

How to download .zip version of the skin pack:

Step 1: go onto microsoft edge.

Step 2: find the skin pack you want to download on mcpedl or other websites

Step 3: download the .zip version of it.

Step 4: go to my files explorer

Step 5: add user Mgr0 folder by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner and click add New Folder to library

Step 6: click on userMgr0 folder

Step 7: click downloads folder

Step 8: extract the skin pack (.zip) folder that you downloaded

Step 9: copy the extracted folder

Step 10: go to isolated storage

Step 11: on the bar cluck on packages

Step 12: try to find Microsoft.minecraftUWPconsole

Step 13: click on Microsoft.minecraftUWPconsole

Step 14: click on locol state

Step 15: click on games.

Step 16: click on com.mojang

Step 17: click on skin_ files folder.(if you dont have the folder just create one with the exact name as^)

Step 18: click on the folder

Step 19: paste the extracted folder into the skin_packs folder

Step 20: make sure your minecraft is quitted and then go back in.

Step 21: click on the button on where it shows you’re own skins

Step 22: equip

If your skin packs do not appear scroll up and you will find how to make it appear. Or just watch the whole video.
