This video will show you how to increase the performance of your Windows 10 operating system by temporarily disabling the real-time protection of Windows Defender (Microsoft's built-in anti-virus and anti-spyware solution). In turning off the constant background security monitoring and scanning of Windows Defender, you can free up system resources and increase the speed of your Windows 10 operating system, allowing resource-hungry programs and applications to run faster and smoother. Note that once you are terminated with your resource-hungry activity (such as video gaming), it is HIGHLY recommended that you then re-enable the real-time protection of Windows Defender, especially if you do not have a third party antivirus program installed and operational.
