This is Cyanogenmod 11 based on Android 4.4.3 KitKat on Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos i9082
DUAL SIM WORKS
This is a Custom Rom so to Install u need to be Rooted

Instructions of installation -

Download the Recovery SELinus, Rom and Gapps
Flash SeLinus tar file via ODIN 3.04 (mount as PDA)
open CWM Recovery and Do a Wipe Data Factory Reset & Wipe Cache
Flash Cm11 Rom & Gapps zip
Reboot
