Tools u need :

Nexus 5 Adb usb driver - http://developer.android.com/sdk/win-usb.html

Adb Fastboot - https://www.dropbox.com/s/cxzeb5rrbp8oo4i/ADB%20and%20Fastboot.rar

Nexus 5 Android L Rom - http://storage.googleapis.com/androiddevelopers/preview/hammerhead-lpv79-preview-ac1d8a8e.tgz

Winrar - http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Instructions - Download the rom and extract it via Winrar then u will get a folder where u will see 6 android factory image files, follow the video on how to flash Android L on Nexus 5

Bootloader should be unlocked in order to flash this rom
if your bootloader is locked then unlock it by this command

fastboot oem unlock

write this command on fastboot inorder to unlock your bootloader
