In this video, I will show you How To Install Custom Firmware on 11.6.0 For New 3DS & Old 3DS! Please note that I am not responsible if you Brick your console. (Seedminer Steps)
1.) Once you have gotten Seedminer Move "movable_part1.sed" into the "seedminer" folder you just extracted, where the seedminer_launcher3.py script is
2.) Hold SHIFT and right click on an empty space in the seedminer folder, then select Open PowerShell window here or Open command window here
3.)Type py -3 seedminer_launcher3.py update-db into the new window
4.) Depending on what you want to use type the following:
GPU py -3 seedminer_launcher3.py gpu (preferred, use CPU if you only have integrated graphics!)
CPU py -3 seedminer_launcher3.py cpu (this can take very long!)
After it finishes, you will have a movable.sed
(After Seedminer)
1.) Copy content from "Sdcard Root" to "3DS SD Card"
2.) *VERY IMPORTANT!!!* Go to firm files and choose which 3DS you have, it will say New for New 2DS or New 3DS and Old for old 3DS... after selecting which Firmware you have copy it to the "Boot9strap" folder
3.) Once this is all finished you can then proceed and put your SD card back into your 3DS... Then go to system settings, then to system management and then data management, you will then
copy the data on your SD Card to your 3DS.
4.) Boot up up the Dsiware you chose to use.. if done right you will be greeted with a Green screen, you will then be in B9Stool.. go to "Dump F0F1" after that is done Instal "Boot9Strap" Then force power off console
5.) Once in Luma3DS go down to where it says "Show Nand or user String in System Settings" (This will show in System settings that you are running custom Firmware) After this is done
press start to reboot your console. (Press power off)
6.) Run "Download Play app" after this done press the following Keys Simultaneously "L+Select" To open roselina menue... Go to "miscellaneous options" then press on "Switch the HB. title to the current app. After this is done close the app and reopen it, you will then have Homebrew.
7.) Once in Homebrew navigate to "FBi"Run it and navigate to "Instal and Delete all CIAs" (After this is done Exit out of FBi)
8.) Run "DSp app" Once in DSp app press "B, To delete this app"
9.) "Press Start+Power Button to enter Godmode9" After this is done press the home button then go to "Scripts" Once in scripts select "Setup_ctrnand_luma3DS"
10.) Press home button and choose "scripts" once again, after this is done press "Sysnand backup" after this is done run scrtipts once more and press "Cleanup_sd_card" Once this is done press "Start" to reboot console.
And just like that we are done! "sthetix" Was the one who inspired me to do this guid however his guide was a bit tricky as the orginal website he used to Seedmine is no
