Step by Step Tutorial:
First of All Download JB - TPP MOD WIP from Nexus Mods (Link in Description)

Download Cheat engine from the link provided below (Link in Description)

Download Bug fixes and quality of life mod from Nexus Mods (Link in Description)

Extract Bug fixes and quality of life.rar and Copy all the files.

Then Paste them "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64" or "Cyberpunk2077/bin/X64" for other versions.

Install Cheat Engine.

Make sure to Allow cheat Engine in you Antivirus.

Extract JB - TPP MOD WIP.rar and add cheat table to your cheat engine.

Now start the game Cyberpunk2077.

Attached the Cyberpunk2077 process to cheat engine.

Press ~ when in game to open Console command.

For Male/Female use respective commands.

FEMALE

First use this command: (this will spawn the head into your inventory)
Game.AddToInventory("Items.PlayerWaPhotomodeHead",1)

Next use: (this will equip it, do this command again to unequip the head)
Game.EquipItemOnPlayer("Items.PlayerWaPhotomodeHead", "TppHead")

MALE

First use this command: (this will spawn the head into your inventory)
Game.AddToInventory("Items.PlayerMaPhotomodeHead",1)

Next use: (this will equip it, do this command again to unequip the head)
Game.EquipItemOnPlayer("Items.PlayerMaPhotomodeHead", "TppHead")

After that press Num 5 to start in 3rd person.

Make Sure you are not equipping any Guns for this mod to work plus this mod sometimes doesn't work on Old Save file (worked for me though) you might have to start new for this to work.
