How to Install Settlers II Gold Edition on PC Windows 10 ? (Updated comments)

The DOS free package of Settlers 2 I mention in the video from https://www.myabandonware.com/game/the-settlers-ii-gold-edition-2ag has been rereleased by Bluebyte so the download is no longer available here for free. You can check out my videos on Widelands (http://widelands.org), which is a free open source rewrite of Settlers II game engine and it's pretty impressive and accurate to the Original https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58xzmU1IDm0
The Settlers 2 is a good follow-up of the first game, with more possibilities, really incredible graphics, and animations and a very low technical requirement when it was released (worked on a 486DX33). Some of the weaknesses: no real multiplayer (you had to play on a split-screen with two mouses and share the keyboard) and only two speed for an in-game time, making you wait just idling for 5 minutes sometimes. Anyway, a top game remade in 3D in 2006 (The Settlers II 10th Anniversary).
The Gold edition contains the original game and the Mission CD, which contains a new campaign, 12 new maps, and an editor.
You should also check out Widelands, a free and open-source remake of The Settlers II.

This seems to fix the weakness of no real multiplayer mentioned on the myabandonware.com page although I have yet to test it.
