- Download ISO file of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS server using following URL: https://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04/
- Create a new Virtual Machine
- Connect the iso image to cd drive
- Launch Installation of Ubuntu server 20.04, The installer is designed to be easy to use :
* Choose your language
* Update the installer (if offered)
* Select your keyboard layout
* Configure networking (the installer configure wired network interfaces via DHCP)
* Configure a proxy
* For storage, leave “use an entire disk” checked, and choose a disk to install.
* Enter a username, hostname and password
* Install OPENSSH and snap screens
* Select restart when this is complete, and log in using the username and password provided
- Update & Upgrade Ubuntu Server 20.04
