Download "whatsapp.apk" ( I downloaded it from this link http://whatsapp-messenger.en.uptodown.com/android/ )
Connect your phone with your pc and send the file to your phone
I forgot this..open the settings and go to security..then check the box where it says "Allow installation of apps from sources other than the Play Store"
I'm not sure about this but I would turn off the wifi while installing whatsapp
After you're done with the installation you can turn on the wifi and put all the informations
