For some reason, the EFI can't enter BIOS emulation mode when booting the Windows installer from a USB drive, only an optical drive. So we use VMWare Fusion and WinClone to step around that.

Before you watch, you WILL need VMWare Fusion, WinClone, and Paragon VMDK Mounter.
