Join, or form a Crew
Open the menu with Options and then press Square to go to the Crew Management screen. Here you should be able to see your PSN friends who own the game in the middle column and other players who are currently in your free roam session in the right column. Friends who own the game but are not currently playing it should be greyed out.
Select a player (ideally a friend) who is online by pressing Cross and then select "invite into the crew". They should get a game invite via PSN notification and if they accept it they will join your crew ingame and you should both get the trophy.
