First you need Stasis+, not just Stasis, Stasis+ allows you to Stasis an enemy for a short time, a double handed weapon that is either an Ancient or Guardian weapon,
at least 1 use of Urbosa's Fury, an attack up 3 buff, full Ancient Armor equipped with each piece being upgraded at least 2 times at a Fairy Fountain for the Ancient Proficiency set bonus, at least 2 wheels of stamina, a bow and being able to do a bow spin.
