Blood fiend's Arm is a Colossal Weapon in Elden Ring. It was added with the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. The Blood fiend's Arm scales primarily with Strength, Dexterity and Arcane and is a good Weapon for Bleed and Arcane Builds. This is a slow but hard-hitting weapon that sprays blood when using the heavy attacks.

An arm pulled from the corpse of one of their kin, and wielded as a makeshift weapon.
Having been sanctified by a blood ritual, this armament is capable of spraying blood stored within when executing a strong attack.

This weapon can be infused with Ashes of War
Can be enchanted with Magic or boosted by Consumables
Blood fiend's Arm can be upgraded by using Smithing Stones
This is the only infusible colossal weapon with the slam down R2 similar to the Great Club
Has extremely high Blood Loss buildup with Blood Infusion. At 50 Arcane the weapon gets 190 Blood Loss buildup
Heavy attacks create a blood splash AOE effect, which deals Fire Damage and adds further bleed buildup
Does not apply to running and jumping heavy attacks, or while savage attack combos are active
NOTE: As of Patch 1.08, Colossal Weapons poise damage has been reduced.
NOTE: As of Patch 1.09, the scaling values of colossal weapons were changed. Please refer to the Upgrades Table of this weapon below.
NOTE As of Patch 1.12.3, the Arcane scaling of this weapon was reduced. The status buildup of the heavy attack was also reduced.
