7-Use rockets
-Stay under him as long as possible to max. damage
-Don't be afraid to cross his bullets when you're fast
-Kill the white ships, ignore the black/red ones
-Switch to spread weapon when you're above him
-Save extras to nuke him (extra dmg) or stun the white ships or avoid damage with a shield while flying through bullets
Easy mode with lvl4 rockets but still possible with lvl3.
