This video is a postmortem/tutorial that explains indie game localization, using my GMS games as examples.

I will try to keep all of my advice and tips as engine-independent as possible, so that you can find them useful/interesting to watch even if you aren't using GameMaker:Studio. I also won't throw code snippets into people, because, in my opinion, understanding the subject is much more important than knowing the exact code required to implement the solution.
