Here i explain about stability for every weapon, short explanation:
1hand (same as dual sword):
1str = 0.025 stab
1dex = 0.075 stab
2hand:
1dex = 0.1 stab
Katana:
1str = 0.075 stab
1dex = 0.025 stab
Knuckle:
1dex = 0.025 stab
Bow:
1str = 0.05 stab
1dex = 0.05 stab
Bowgun:
1str = 0.05 stab
Halberd:
1str = 0.05 stab
1dex = 0.05 stab
Staff:
1str = 0.05 stab
Magic device:
1dex = 0.1 stab

Magic skill stability is divided by 2
And max is 90%, even you have 200% stability the damage of magic skill won't 100% same
