Hello folks, I am Recoil Mojo from Mojo Games and I am the creator of Battle Babes. I am a solo indie developer and this is my first time launching a game on Steam! I never thought I would make it this far. Working on Battle Babes is extremely rewarding and I have already learnt so much since development started on January 4th 2024!

I would love to continue working on Battle Babes full time. 10,000 Cards is the number I have latched onto in my head. There are 3 New Hero Power Decks I am working on right now: Blood, Sun & Moon. I am already brainstorming the next hero powers after that! I would also like to add daily challenges with rewards, more game modes, more puzzles, more everything!
My core principles for Battle Babes: it must be free to play and multiplayer! I want friends to be able to challenge each other to a fight for bragging rights.
Multiplayer means I have to pay for dedicated servers to deliver the optimal gaming experience. Free to Play means Battle Babes makes no money, but also a lot more people will play... which requires money for servers. This is not sustainable for me.
Setting up Steam Microtransactions in-game is proving difficult, but I will never give up. The most enjoyable part of this Battle Babes journey so far is creating the Card Art. I would much rather spend my day creating beautiful cards than pulling my hair out staring at server code.
