* If you have a dedicated online hosted Minecraft server, then just submit a ticket requesting a mysql database as long as it is free.

* If when you click Admin for mysql and the page does not show up or says "the page cannot be display" then follow these steps:

1. Stop all services, exit Xampp, and uninstall Xampp
2. Go to the location of where Xampp was previously installed at (C Drive) and delete the Xampp folder.
3. Download the ZIP file.
4. Extract Xampp to the root folder of the C Drive (In other words, the same place that the folder was when you deleted it)
5. Run the C:\xampp\setup_xampp.bat file
6. Double click on "xampp-control-3-beta.exe"

There you go!
