Q: How do I make players in a group not be able to break blocks?
A: You would have to add a new line under "Options" saying "build" and you would have to set build to false.

Q: Only OPS can talk?
A: Make sure you do NOT have two chat plugins. For example chat manager and essentials chat can conflict with each other. Also, make sure you give the groups that cannot talk this permission:
