3This video will show you how to create a Memoji on your iPhone. Here are the steps:
1. Open the "Messages" app, then tap the "New Message" icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Look for the row of icons along the bottom of the screen directly above the on-screen keyboard. Click the icon that looks like the face of a monkey.
3. Tap "New Memoji."
4. Choose "Skin," and then tap to choose a skin color. You can use the slider beneath the colors to select a more granular shade within a specific color. On the lower part of the Skin screen you can select to give your Memoji freckles.
5. Choose "Hairstyle" after you're finished adding Skin options. The Hairstyle screen occurs. The majority of women's hairstyles are listed on the top half of this screen, while the majority of men's hairstyles appear on the bottom half.
6. Tap "Head Shape". You'll first select the age option you want to associate with your Memoji. The three options essentially represent young, middle aged, and older. Then, choose a chin. These options range from a pointed jawline to a chiseled jawline -- and everything in between.
7. Tap "Eyes". Select your eye color. Again, you can use the slider to select a more specific shade of a particular high-level color. Then, you'll select your eye appearance. Choose the eyelashes you want to feature on your Memoji.

9. Tap "Nose & Lips." Select your nose for your Memoji. Then, you'll choose a color associated with your lips before selecting your lips type.
10. Tap "Ears". First, choose your ear type, and then choose any earrings you want to add to your Memoji.
11. Tap "Facial Hair." Select whether or not to add sideburns to your character in the first section. You can select to either have simple sideburns or full-on muton chops. Then, you can choose to add a mustache or beard. First you'll select the color. After choosing a color you'll see a Highlights color selector occur. Selecting a highlight color will add that color to your mustache or beard.
12. Tap "Eyewear." You'll be able to select a color associated with the frames and lenses, and then you'll have a decent variety of lenses to choose from.
13. Tap "Headwear." This is where you select the color associated with your headwear, and then select from a wide variety of options, such as a top hat, a cowboy hat, a beanie, a baseball cap, and more.
14. Tap "Done".
