1 Chicken breast per person
2 or 3 cloves of garlic (what ever you fancy)
a few fresh chilli's and chilli flakes for desired hotness
Handful of fresh Basil for garnish
Handful of fresh Parsley for seasoning
1 ts each of Salt and Pepper for seasoning
1 Passata or 1 tin of chopped tomatoes (if you use a tin a tomotoes then you may need a little tomatoe puree for thickness)
Slash of Red wine vinegar
1 ts of Italian spices for seasoning
Side notes -
-After you cook the chicken in the sauce I would reccomend you taste the sauce and add more seasoning for a more authentic taste. I wouldn't recommend adding anymore red wine vinegar as you'll destroy the taste and you'll only be able to taste that. Add more salt and pepper and Italian season.
-Also the longer you leave to simmer the more flavour the sauce will acquire.
-For a hotter sauce add chilli flakes after you've cooked the chicken, just add a little bit at a time till you get to your desired heat.
